Review Process

The peer review and publication process is built around a fast initial check, external peer review, and a clear publication timeline. Plagiarism screening, formatting checks, and editorial triage happen before a manuscript moves forward.

Editorial Governance

Editorial Team Structure

Team Roles: The Editorial Team consists of dedicated honorary positions, including the Editor-in-Chief, Associate Editors, Editorial Board Members, Managing Editor, Editorial Assistants, and Layout Assistants. Together, they oversee the entire lifecycle of a manuscript from initial submission to final publication.

Tenure: Members are appointed to the editorial team for a standard term of 2 years.

Selection Criteria and Process

Application Cycle: The journal formally invites applications for new Editorial Board members once every two years.

Qualifications: Candidates are evaluated based on their specialized expertise, academic metrics (such as ResearchGate's RG Score and Google Scholar's H-index), and prior editorial experience.

Performance and Diversity

Performance Incentives: Active reviewers for the journal who consistently deliver swift and comprehensive evaluations will receive preferential consideration during the selection process.

Diversity Commitment: The journal actively prioritizes geographic balance to ensure diverse global representation across the editorial team.

Editor-in-Chief Responsibilities

Peer Review Oversight: The Editor-in-Chief manages the manuscript review workflow, collaborating with Editors to identify qualified peer reviewers and coordinating the article revision process.

Final Decisions: Acting in alignment with peer review outcomes, the Editor-in-Chief retains final authority over the acceptance or rejection of all submitted manuscripts.

Administrative Support: To fulfill these duties efficiently, the Editor-in-Chief is directly supported by two Editorial Assistants and a Personal Assistant.
